INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to anywhere Canada Post will deliver. Orders are shipped using Canada Post's Expedited Parcel service and are insured for up to $100. International shipments are sent via Small Packet Air International (8-12 Business Days). For more information on Canada Post's services please visit www.canadapost.ca. Self Made is not responsible for any customs, duty or brokerage fees which may be incurred when importing goods into your country of residence. Nor are we responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. Customers are responsible for any additional fees for rejected packages. All orders for "in stock" items received before midnight each Wednesday go out Thursday from our warehouse in Montreal, Canada.
INSURANCE & TRACKING NUMBERS
All shipments are insured but no tracking number is available. If an item remains undelivered for more than 20 business days please contact us. Notify us at hello@theselfmade.co if you'd like upgraded and/or express shipping.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Upon placing an order, a receipt will automatically be mailed to you confirming the intent to purchase through paypal. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to but not limited to: insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, an incorrect item price. Please also note that Self Made reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether you have made payment already or not. In the rare event that you do get charged and your order is canceled, Self Made will issue a credit to your paypal account in the amount of the purchase.
